Conditions

Flights are not included. For low costs flights please check Easyjet, Ryanair or Vueling, Clickair.

We recommend that you hire a car (with for example 123carrent), or drive over here with your own car to enjoy your experience the most. This gives you the freedom to move arround at your own desire to restaurants, supermarkets and the swims!

Airport pick ups are not included. These experiences don’t include meals nor bait.

All prices are based on two persons sharing a double room.

These packages include all the equipment you will need to fish the Ebro, excluding terminal tackle, unless otherwise indicated.
Our equipment is the best available on the market as it needs to be with all these big fish in the Ebro. We also take great pride in all our equipment, by this we mean regular servicing and cleaning.

We all know about how hectic it can get and things do get broken. All we ask is that you treat our equipment with care and if it was you own. Please make no alterations to the material and don’t give it to third parties without our authorization.
To keep our equipment the best available on the market, any damage has to be charged to you at the end of the holiday at what it will cost to replace or repair it.

This same rule applies to the accommodation. Any damage shall be charged to you at the price it costs to replace or repair.

The number of persons using the accommodation / the material shall not exceed the agreed number.


As a guest, you know and agree with the fact that fishing conditions can change every day, and The Compleat Ebro Angler can do nothing about that. If there are special situations such as storms, heavy rain, strong currents, extreme low water levels or other natural discomfort The Compleat Ebro Angler could decide not to go fishing because it is not useful or not safe. There can be no compensation for those days you were not able to fish.

The Compleat Ebro Angler is not liable for unforeseen circumstances arising from force majeure, such as sudden changes in regulations, delay or cancellation of flights, accidents, strikes, epidemics, weather, war, etc..examples of which the list is not restrictive. The additional transport or accommodation expenses resulting from this will be your responsibility.

Nor is The Compleat Ebro Angler liable when you are arrested by police and / or other authorities because you do not comply with the regulations. All the (financial) implications are for your own account.


The cultural conditions and conditions in the inlands of Spain are different than on the Spanish Costas or in the Netherlands or UK.
This adds to the adventurous character of the (fish) holidays. The Compleat Ebro Angler does its utmost best to give you both "fish" and "vacation".
The accuracy of services performed on site here in Spain, should be judged by local standards and customs. Please consider these well-known facts apply for this special holiday destination.
The performance of the services should also be considered in the light of local customs, technical capabilities and limitations and habits that belong to this destination in "rural" Spain.


If despite our best efforts you still have a complaint or when there is something that does not meet your expectations, please report this immediately to Ron and Angelique Beugelink. This way we can find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

If the complaint is not treated satisfactorily on site, please submit your motivated complaint within 14 days after your vacation in writing (or email). If the holiday did not take place, then submit within one month after the original start date.
Any claim of whatever nature, expires in any case one year after the arrangement or activity or if the holidays did not take place, one year after the original start date.

Insofar as The Compleat Ebro Angler can be held liable for damages suffered by you as a loss of enjoyment, the fee will not exceed the package price per day, per day that you did not enjoy your vacation.


Please follow the guidelines of the staff / guides. When you cause inconvenience or nuisance, which hamper the activity or the activity may be impeded, when you bring the safety of yourself or others at risk or when you treat the materials or nature and environment irresponsibly, The Compleat Ebro Angler will exclude you from (further) participation. Any additional expenses and compensation for any damage resulting from this behavior, are your responsibility.


The Compleat Ebro Angler cannot be held liable for injuries or other damages that occur during a (fishing) holiday here in Spain. Also, The Compleat Ebro Angler cannot be held liable for damages for which a claim for reimbursement is submitted to a cancellation and / or travel insurance.

The Compleat Ebro Angler is not liable for loss, theft or damage of luggage.


Only written (or emailed) cancellations will be processed. The day of receipt is counted as the day of cancellation.

Cancellation charges are:
- Up to 60 days before departure 20% of package price
- Of 59 tm 30 days before departure 50% of package price
- Of 29 tm 14 days before departure 75% of package price
- From 13 days before departure 100% of the package price. This also applies if you are not present at the start of the holiday, without canceling.


Photographic or other recordings made by The Compleat Ebro Angler during your holiday or provided by you to us may without a doubt be used for promotional purposes in advertising, on websites, brochures and other media.
